ABOUT THE POSITION

We’re looking for a sales professional to strengthen our business team. Your will focus on developing business opportunities primarily on the Slovak and Czech market, but also globally. You’ll work with inbound leads while also actively seeking out new contacts including cold outreach. You’ll receive direct guidance from senior sales and marketing teams and gradually grow into an independent sales and growth associate, where you’ll manage your own pipeline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Inbound Sales:

  • Responding to incoming leads from forms, email campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Conducting initial qualification calls.

Outbound Sales:

  • Identifying new contacts and decision-makers in SK/CZ as well as internationally.
  • Reaching out via cold calls, LinkedIn, and emails.
  • Booking meetings and handing them over to a senior salesperson, or gradually handling them independently.

 

CRM and Reporting:

  • Working with an internal CRM system.
  • Tracking sales metrics such as response rate, meeting conversions, and new business opportunities.

Collecting Feedback:

  • Identifying, recording, and understanding client pain points; handling objections and gathering insights.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to improve offers.

CAREER GROWTH – This position is your starting point. Within 9 to 18 months, you can be:

Managing an entire sales cycle independently.

Closing your own deals and influencing the business strategy.

Moving up to the position of Senior Sales Representative or Account Executive.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 6 months of sales experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house at an advertiser).

Up to 2 years of full-time experience in sales or business (doesn’t have to be in digital, but you must have clear results such as booked meetings or closed deals).

Excellent communication skills in English a and either Slovak or Czech.

You’re not afraid of cold calls and are proactive in reaching out to clients.

Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

You’re ready to work in a startup, fast-paced environment.
