At ZirconTree we're not exactly doing rocket science. However, we are changing the way media agencies and marketing teams work with real-time bidding (RTB). We build SaaS tools (all-in-one platform Zircon Ads and reporting tool Zirsee) that enable fast, efficient campaign launches and AI-driven media planning. We offer both self-service and managed-service models for agencies and brands alike. And we might be doing it right, as we were ranked in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 chart. Enough bragging though. We're looking for a partner for the Slovak and the Czech market (with a view to global opportunities) who will help us keep our clients excited, satisfied and successful.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We’re looking for Account & Sales Manager - someone who will take ownership of our existing clients and inbound leads. We're at the stage where we have great products and potential clients interested in them. What we need is someone who can deepen that interest and make sure clients don't stop at signing the contract, but stay happy with us for years. We'r not hunting for a hyper-aggressive Wall Street wolf who could even sell a dirty sock (though if that's you, get in touch, we'll find a place for you). We want someone who listens, works independently, is reliable, takes ownership, understands business, and has a natural drive to move things forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client-first orientation

  • Communicating with existing clients, solving their needs before they become problems
  • Activating cooperation with new clients and ensuring a smooth onboarding
  • Supporting long-term partnerships

Bit of presentation and statistics:

  • Preparing and leading QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and other regular meetings where you show clients the real value of our work
  • Presenting our company, service portfolio, and terms of servieces to potential clients coming from inbound leads – no cold outreach

 

Teamwork makes the dreamwork:

  • Working closely with internal teams to meet both client and company goals

CAREER GROWTH – withing a few months, you can:

Move into senior roles and manage a larger client portfolio

Participate in strategic projects and help shape sales processes

Contribute to expansion into new markets and segments

REQUIREMENTS

You’ve worked in account management or sales, you know the agency and marketing environment, and you have a solid overview of marketing, strategies and processes. If you understand RTB, that’s a big plus.

You know what B2B sales looks like and how to do it effectively. 

You’re responsible, proactive, and you don’t wait to be told what to do.

No-bullshit policy (direct communication, owning mistakes, and telling clients honestly what will work and what won’t).

Client numbers dropping? Onboarding stuck? You don’t panic. You say: “OK, here’s how we fix it. I’ll make a call and you’ll have an answer within an hour.”

You’re comfortable communicating and presenting. You don’t just recite slides – you can read the room and act accordingly.

Sitting down with a dashboard, spotting a trend, and explaining its business impact is no biggie for you. 

Czech is essential, but you should also be confident presenting our solutions in English. 

You take your clients’ success personally, want the best for them, and build long-term relationships.

You’re ready to work in a startup, fast-paced environment.
